Renovated several times during its existence, it now boasts 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, and will sleep 7 comfortably. (Please see sleeping arrangements under amenities.) It has a direct view of Sarasota Bay which is second to none! The upstairs, master loft bedroom has full picture windows with a full view of the Bay. The screened in lanai encompasses almost the complete back of the house, and, again, has a full, straight on view of the water. This unit also has two separate dining areas, a formal dining room, a breakfast/game table area, a wet bar, and a media area separate from the living room. Recently updated, this property is perfect for the long weekend, or vacation of a lifetime!
