RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit is 25% of the rental fee or $250.00, whichever is greater. The deposit must be received by us within two weeks of making your reservation, or the reservation will be cancelled. The balance of rent is due upon arrival. All Major CREDIT CARDS,CASH, TRAVELER'S CHECKS OR PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
TAXES:
All rentals of less than 6 months are subject to state and county sales tax up to 10 1/2%
CLEANING FEE:
Each unit has a cleaning fee in addition to rent and is nonrefundable.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES:
Check in 4:00 p.m. Check out: 9:30 a.m. Please check with your rental agent regarding procedures or late arrivals.
CANCELATION:
If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before your arrival. If you cancel your reservation 59 or fewer days before your arrival your deposit is non-refundable unless the property is re-rented for the same period at the same rate as stated in your individual contract.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A signed credit card slip or the amount of $250(check or cash only) will be accepted as a refundable damage security deposit. Your signed credit card receipt will be destroyed or returned to you after satisfactory inspection of the unit. Refunds on security deposits will be 45 days after departure.
All information, regardless of source, including pirces, square footage and lot sizes, is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be verified by personal inspection by and/or with the appropriate professional(s).
